Our free draining volcanic soils and ultra cool climate have combined to produce this premium quality Pinot Noir. The soils bring a beautiful vibrant acidity and soft tannins balanced with rich red fruit aromas and flavours that can only be achieved with the slow ripening that occurs in cool climate vineyards such as ours. This wine was matured on Chardonnay lees and partially blended with Pinot Noir from the Geelong region adding to its complexity.
