2022 Estate Shiraz (Premium Syrah Wine)
The grapes for this Shiraz (Syrah) have been carefully grown and selected from our vineyard on the slopes of the Keayang Maar volcanic crater. The 2022 vintage was possibly the best seen here in 10 years allowing our Syrah grapes to fully express the quality of our climate and soils. The delicate acidity and strong front end red fruit flavours and aromas are beautifully balanced by maturation in french oak. Cellaring this Syrah for 5 years or more will reward.

This wine is bottled in re-used wine bottles, that we have collected and cleaned for re-use onsite here at Keayang Maar Vineyard.
